At Qtech Software, we don’t just work together — we celebrate together! This January, our workplace was filled with patriotic pride and festive joy as we marked two vibrant Indian festivals — Republic Day and Makar Sankranti — with enthusiasm, unity, and color.

The morning began with a deep sense of pride as the management and employees gathered for the National Anthem, dressed in freedom colors of saffron, white, and green. The office was beautifully decorated with tricolor balloons, Indian flags, and patriotic-themed décor, setting a perfect mood for the day.

The celebration featured a Republic Day quiz game, where teams tested their knowledge about freedom fighters, Indian history, and facts about the Constitution of India. The spirit of learning and appreciation for our nation’s legacy made the event even more meaningful.

To top it off, everyone enjoyed tasty Indian snacks as they celebrated the values of democracy, unity, and progress.

In true festive spirit, our terrace transformed into a sky-high celebration zone for Makar Sankranti. With colorful kites soaring through the air, laughter echoing, and competitive cheer all around, Qtech employees truly flew high together.

No Sankranti celebration is complete without sweets, and we made sure to treat everyone with traditional Tilgul Laddus, sharing the warmth and joy of the festival. The tradition of saying “Tilgul ghya, god god bola” echoed throughout, promoting kindness and festive cheer among all.
